From the first conversation to the final assembly, you’ll be guided through a personal, one-to-one process. Together, we’ll refine every detail—your measurements, riding style, design, colours, and components—so the finished bike is unmistakably yours, and yours alone.
THE IDEAL TIMEFRAME
We always aim to deliver within the ideal timeframe, and we take pride in keeping our promises. Sometimes, when several commissions arrive at once, the process may take a few extra weeks—time devoted to the care and precision your bicycle deserves. One assurance is certain: your bespoke bike will be ready within six months of your order. After all, to wait is not a delay, but part of the privilege of owning something truly unique.

01 — INTRODUCTION & MAJOR CHOICES
Your bespoke cycle begins with listening—to you. To your goals, your strengths, your ambitions, your dreams.
Are you a rouleur, a climber chasing summits, a bike packer? Do you seek the elegance of a timeless classic, or a bold creation?
Do you prefer a race cyle or a gravel bike. While this might seem obvious, many clients opt for a race cycle that can be adjusted with 35 mm tubes.
Our specialists will be there to assist you in making this decision and will guide you in choosing between spirit steel and stainless steel.
Of course we will talk on design, colour options, and components.
02 — BIKE FIT & GEOMETRY
Before we build your custom bike, we begin with an in-depth Holistic BikeFit.
This involves not only taking your measurements but also mapping your flexibility, riding history, and physical balance.
Together with specialized therapists and through targeted exercises, we lay the foundation for a bike perfectly tailored to your body and strength.
You can also choose to be measured by a professional bike fitter and send the results to us.
Everything is translated into a plan: the geometry of your bike, where performance, comfort, and balance come together.
03 — 3D-PRINT, MITERING & WELDING
Exclusive frame components and tubes are cut to size according to the plan.
For the Phoenix, the crucial components are custom 3D-printed in stainless steel.
After the preparatory work, the tubes and components are positioned on the jig with utmost precision and expertly welded into a single unit.
The welds are completely smoothed out, and the FL.X frame is, according to your preference, either brushed or polished.
Before the final paint, you have the opportunity to perfect every detail of design and finish down to the finest nuances.
04 — DESIGN & LACQUERING
Once you have chosen your paint and finish from the extensive Lacquer Guide, or opted for Unlimited, we begin the design and painting of your frame.
Lacquer Guide: choose from various Jaegher designs and hundreds of exclusive color combinations and paint techniques.
Unlimited: together with our experts, you define the design, colors, paint techniques, and components.
05 — ASSEMBLY & DELIVERY
Precision is paramount when assembling the selected components.
Once we have all the components and your frame has been painted, we begin assembling your bike.
The Jaegher Ateliers—or our expert dealers—are the perfect place to collect your bike.
We allow ample time for fine adjustments, guidance, and, of course, enjoying a coffee together.
If that’s not possible, no problem—we can also deliver your frame or bike wherever you wish.

You pay the agreed price in 2 steps:
Step 1
You decide on a Jaegher and pay 75% of the quote. With this payment, we order your parts and components so that we have everything ready in our workshop on time.
Step 2
The remaining 25% of the quote is paid upon delivery or collection.
- You pay €250 for the initial 90-minute startup meeting.
- After approval of the quote, you pay the remaining amount to reach 75% of the total quote. (€250 + x € = 75%)
- You pay the remaining 25% of the quote upon pickup or delivery.
Bike leasing through your employer.
If your employer does not offer this yet, make sure to discuss it and ask for the maximum budget. ;-)
How does it work?
You pay for your bike leasing with a small amount from your monthly gross salary.
