The Phoenix is not an evolution of a steel frame. It's a reinvention. Eight XCr tubes and four stainless steel 3D-printed components, TIG-welded with carefully adapted angles into a frame built beyond convention. For riders who want what nobody else can build.

What nobody else can build
Four generations of steel craft, and 3D-printing few framebuilders attempt. The Phoenix debuted at Velofollies and became the model that showed what stainless steel can become. It's the one frame that can't be pulled off a shelf.
No two are the same
Every Phoenix is built from scratch for one rider. We start from your body, your position, and the way you ride, then design the geometry, select the tubes, and hand-weld a frame that exists only once. No stock sizes, no shared moulds.
From there it's yours to shape. Over 250 colour and finish combinations, and a component spec built around how and where you ride. The buildkits below are a starting point, not a menu you have to pick from. Everything is configurable.
The Phoenix is designed for electronic groupsets only. Want different components or a frameset only? Everything is configurable. Discuss your preferences during the introduction call. Components may occasionally vary if a part is temporarily out of stock, any substitution is always discussed and agreed with you first.

Built to last, backed for years
A Jaegher is made to be ridden hard and kept for decades. Every frame carries a four-year warranty, and your first year includes two full services at no cost.
Every bike leaves the atelier with a pre-waxed Cyclowax chain. Spirit (FL.S) frames are internally treated against oxidation, stainless (FL.X) frames need no treatment at all.
And you are always welcome back at Het Arsenaal, for a small adjustment or simply a coffee.

Designed for you, welded by hand
The Phoenix pairs eight XCr tubes with four stainless steel 3D-printed components: the headtube, the tailfin and the dropouts. Their shape isn't off the shelf. A parametric model, driven by your measurements, designs each 3D part for your frame before it's printed in 17-4PH stainless steel and TIG-welded into place by the most skilled welders.
The Phoenix finish
The Phoenix carries a finish of its own: a diagonal gradient that flows from your chosen Jaegher colour into polished, bare stainless steel. Every Phoenix wears the Golden Eye of Jaegher on the fork, and your own call number on the top tube. Details we include at no extra cost, on the one bike that's built to be seen.

Pricing overview
The Phoenix starts at €16.950 (Buildkit 1) or €18.750 with upgraded components (Buildkit 2). All prices include 21% VAT (Belgium) and cover the bespoke frame, bike fit if needed, and custom artwork. VAT may differ depending on your country of delivery.
Prefer a frameset only? The Phoenix frameset starts at €10.950.
In Belgium and several other countries you can lease your Jaegher through your employer, which lowers the net monthly cost. We'll walk you through the options during your introduction call.
