HURRICANE FL.X
Jaegher Gravel
Hurricane FL.X
Columbus XCr stainless steel
The Hurricane is a gravel race bike built like a road bike. Columbus XCr stainless steel, tight geometry, clearance for 50mm tyres, and the kind of stiffness that lets you attack gravel the way you would tarmac. Built for riders who race gravel like they race road.
Complete bike from €9.950
built to race, not to tour
The Hurricane is the gravel bike that doesn't ask you to slow down. The XCr stainless steel frame gives you the lateral stiffness to sprint out of corners on loose gravel, while the natural vibration damping of steel keeps you comfortable when the roads get rough.
Geometry-wise, the Hurricane sits closer to a road bike than most gravel bikes. Head tube angle, bottom bracket drop and chainstay length are dialled for speed, not touring. If you want to load up and ride for days, look at the Typhoon. If you want to go fast on any surface, this is your bike.
Proven on race day
Tim Merlier won the De Panne Beach Endurance on a Jaegher Hurricane. And the Hurricane took gold at Cyclingworld Europe 2024. Fast enough for a world-class sprinter, and recognised for how it's built.
NO TWO ARE THE SAME
Every Hurricane is built from scratch for one rider. We start from your body, your position, and the way you ride, then design the geometry, select the tubes, and hand-weld a frame that exists only once. No stock sizes, no shared moulds.
From there it's yours to shape. Over 250 colour and finish combinations, and a component spec built around how and where you ride. The buildkits below are a starting point, not a menu you have to pick from. Everything is configurable.
Want different components or a frameset only? Everything is configurable. Discuss your preferences during the introduction call. Components may occasionally vary if a part is temporarily out of stock, any substitution is always discussed and agreed with you first.

Built to last, backed for years
A Jaegher is made to be ridden hard and kept for decades. Every frame carries a four-year warranty, and your first year includes two full services at no cost.
Every bike leaves the atelier with a pre-waxed Cyclowax chain. Spirit (FL.S) frames are internally treated against oxidation, stainless (FL.X) frames need no treatment at all.
And you are always welcome back at Het Arsenaal, for a small adjustment or simply a coffee.

Stainless steel on dirt and stone
Gravel punishes rigid frames. XCr stainless steel absorbs what the terrain throws at you and stays laterally stiff enough to put down power. A rock strike won't crack it, and Belgian winters won't corrode it. It's why steel keeps winning back riders who tried carbon first.
