NATURAL BEAUTY
How do you want your Jaegher? Brushed, polished, or with a touch of colour?
Your answers on our questionnaire are clear: you want an exquisite, high-performance road bike. In that case, the ultimate choice is the Phoenix. Its aesthetics are as exceptional as the bike and material itself.
What could be more captivating than the pure, natural elegance of stainless steel on a bike? Even more so, its inherent beauty shines through ultrathin layers of lacquer. While others attempt to replicate the metallic effect with coatings, this is the one and only true metallic finish.
THE PHOENIX. A CYCLING JEWEL LIKE NO OTHER.
The Phoenix is more than a road bike—it's our most refined creation, designed to be nothing short of a cycling masterpiece. Every detail reflects our pursuit of perfection, blending cutting-edge technology with artisanal craftsmanship.
The bespoke frame is engineered using state-of-the-art 3D printing, while advanced lacquer techniques and transparent varnishes bring unparalleled depth and brilliance to the finish. Each color is an exclusive creation, crafted uniquely for Jaegher—a secret recipe as iconic as Coca-Cola's. Choose from four exquisite shades, each embodying timeless elegance.
And for the discerning eye: every Phoenix is adorned with an authentic golden Jaegher eye, a touch of true exclusivity.
Personalize your ride further with your own call number on the top tube—an exclusive detail we include at no additional cost.
Ride it, and rise above.
"There's a compelling reason why the world's most prestigious watchmakers,
including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Audemars Piguet, IWC Schaffhausen, ...
opt for high-end stainless steel."
A BRUSHED OR POLISHED STAINLESS FRAME
Pure and exceptionally tough
Customization remains an integral part of the experience. In fact, 95% of our Ascender customers choose to preserve the beauty of stainless steel, keeping it as visible as possible. We can brush or polish the steel, enhancing its natural shine. Of course, polishing takes significantly more time, as the process involves gradually refining the surface from a coarse grain to the finest possible finish, giving it that stunning shine.
Most riders opt for the Jaegher logo or their personal call number on the downtube and top tube patch, typically in the signature combination of Jaegher Black and Jaegher White. This is often paired with one of Jaegher's ceramic colours—subtle or bold—for the invasion stripes on the seat tube, with the chosen colour echoed on the fork.
This design approach offers a simple yet striking way to make your Jaegher stand out. The ceramic colours are not only visually captivating but also incredibly durable, making them the perfect choice for gravel bikes. They feature an advanced lacquer technique that resists scratches from branches and stone impacts, ensuring your bike looks pristine even under tough conditions.
Coloured Parts
A pure frame doesn’t mean your Ascender can’t be truly unique. More and more brands, like the renowned Chris King, offer coloured components that perfectly complement stainless steel.
Their bottom brackets, headsets, and hubs come in a stunning array of 10 colours, creating amazing combinations with the timeless elegance of stainless steel.
AD SOME EXTRA SPEED ON YOUR ASCENDER
There are even more ways to integrate stainless steel into your Ascender's design while adding a unique touch of colour.
The Circles Gradient Design
Inspired by the circles of our logo, this innovative design adds colour to key areas: the seat post zone, dropout zone, bottom bracket, cockpit, and fork. It’s a fresh take on Jaegher’s signature style.
The Speed Design
This unique design on a stainless steel frame uses wet lacquers to create a gradient effect, starting with your chosen colour at the front and transitioning to stainless steel towards the back. The logo or call number can be left unpainted, allowing the natural beauty of stainless steel to shine through.
In this design, 40% of the bike is coloured while 60% remains stainless steel, protected by a transparent lacquer. Achieving this effect requires precision and skill, including the use of transparent varnishes—but we’ll spare you the technical details.
Of course, you can add the Speed technique to the fork, combined with the Eye of Jaegher. Alternatively, you can opt for a fully coloured fork featuring the Eye for a bold and distinctive look.
REDEFINING THE ESSENCE OF PURE ROAD PERFORMANCE
Maximize your pedaling efficiency on your road bike.
Crafted for riders seeking the pinnacle of road cycling, the Phoenix and Ascender both feature bespoke stainless steel frames and aggressive geometry. Engineered for unmatched performance, these bikes elevate every ride into an extraordinary experience.
THE SECRET LIES IN THE TRANSLATION
At Jaegher, we build your road bike to match your unique preferences and strengths, whether you choose the Phoenix or the Ascender. Both models are designed to deliver the level of performance you desire, with the key lying in their precision geometry.
Jaegher bikes are renowned, for their tailor-made geometries, allowing riders to balance performance with comfort. When configured with an aggressive geometry, a Jaegher bike becomes a precision tool for speed-focused cyclists. Here’s a glimpse how our approach ties into the aggressive geometry concept:
Jaegher focuses on custom frame-building, ensuring that even the most aggressive setups are meticulously tailored to your unique body dimensions. For example:
> The handlebar drop can be designed for a deep aero tuck without overstraining your flexibility.
> A longer reach can be implemented to optimize your weight distribution and sprinting power.
Jaegher frames, particularly models like the Phoenix and Ascender, feature:
> A steep head tube angle for sharp, precise steering—ideal for racing or navigating twisty descents.
> A stiff bottom bracket, tailored tubes, and even adapted 3D parts for the Phoenix ensure efficient power transfer.
We can incorporate a shorter wheelbase into your build to enhance agility. This is carefully balanced with frame stiffness and ride comfort to ensure stability, even at high speeds.
While aggressive geometries are inherently less forgiving, Jaegher’s stainless steel frames absorb vibrations better than carbon counterparts. This results in a smoother ride, even in a racing posture. Additionally, Jaegher integrates holistic bike fitting principles, ensuring that your muscles work in harmony to support your aggressive riding position.

HOLISTIC BIKE FIT
Performance, comfort or both—your choice.
The geometry of your roadbike significantly influences your posture—and your posture, in turn, shapes how the bike performs for you. Every rider is distinct, with unique body structures, physical strengths, and personal preferences. How can a one-size-fits-all approach possibly deliver the excellence you deserve?
11 tubes and parts each perfectly measured, cut and mitered for you.
IMPROVE YOUR PERFORMANCE
INCREASE YOUR COMFORT
IMPROVE YOUR ENDURANCE
For a road bike to truly excel, it must align perfectly with its motor: the rider. Bike and rider should function as one seamless entity. What’s the point of having a perfectly crafted bike if the motor isn’t performing at its peak? And what’s the point of a powerful motor if the bike doesn’t feel like an extension of the rider?
That’s why Jaegher is the first bike brand to introduce the Jaegher HOLISTIC BIKEFIT®.
Together with Lieven Maerschalk (*) and Gilles Van Kerckhove we’ve developed this approach.
This holistic method ensures that both you and your bike are in optimal harmony by taking a 360-degree approach to bike fitting. It’s not just about determining the perfect geometry, saddle height, or handlebar position—it's about understanding how your body moves and reacts to cycling. We assess factors like muscle imbalances, flexibility, and riding posture to determine the geometry and customize the fit to maximize your efficiency on the bike.
But the process doesn't end with the bike fit. Through a series of targeted, well-defined exercises, we address areas in need of strengthening or mobility improvement, helping you build a solid physical foundation for enhanced performance. By focusing on both the rider and the bike, this method unlocks a smoother, more powerful ride, optimizing each pedal stroke and supporting your long-term cycling goals—whether you're racing, exploring gravel roads, or enjoying long-distance rides.
With a focus on the whole rider, not just the bike, the Jaegher Holistic Bikefit Program elevates your cycling experience to its highest potential
The goal is to maximize every pedal stroke
while ensuring you remain free of discomfort or strain.
Some examples of exercises that can help you perform better:
- Enhance your balance and stability
- Achieve a more aerodynamic riding posture
- Increase core strength for improved stability and power transfer
- Improve hip flexibility for a smoother pedal stroke
- Improve proprioception and coordination for more efficient pedal mechanics
- Correct movement inefficiencies:
f.e.a knee drifting outward with each pedal stroke, which can reduce power output.
In 2001, Maesschalck developed his own concept, Move To Cure, which literally translates to "Healing Through Proper Movement." Together with a team of physiotherapists, he specializes in treating complex orthopedic injuries. Often referred to as the "miracle man" (a nickname he dislikes), he works with the world's elite athletes.
His clients include AC Milan, Real Madrid, the Belgian Red Devils, An Wauters, and cycling legends such as Remco Evenepoel, Wout van Aert, and Mathieu van der Poel.

NOTHING BEATS
STAINLESS STEEL
Unbeatable performance /comfort ratio
Stainless steel is an outstanding material for those seeking high performance. It offers the perfect balance between performance and comfort.
Stainless steel versus carbon and titanium.
Stainless steel is stiffer than titanium, yet more comfortable than carbon.
For those in the know
Stainless Steel is an exceptional material for crafting bespoke road bikes. Renowned for its unmatched quality, it is also among the most challenging materials to work with. Stainless Steel is unforgiving—demanding the expertise of only the most skilled welders, as every joint must be executed with flawless precision. Its remarkable hardness not only elevates durability but also takes a toll on machinery, causing wear and tear up to five times faster than with other materials, making the crafting process an art of endurance.
The reward, however, is unparalleled. Once you experience the ride of a bespoke Phoenix or Ascender, you’ll never look back.
Jaegher finest framesets, the FL.X series, are handcrafted out of exclusively for Jaegher made Columbus XCr tubes. All what’s great about cycling comes together in this timeless masterpiece. Stiffness meets responsive characteristics, meets outstanding vibration absorbing quality, meets lightweight, meets pure aesthetics.
This bespoke, handcrafted, and welded in a second to none geometry results in a frameset with maximum dynamic efficiency and an unbeatable performance-comfort ratio.
The unique feel of steel is difficult to translate into statistics and numbers. The weight/stiffness ratio of our FL.X frame is superior than titanium or aluminium while it’s vibration absorbing quality beats easily those from carbon or aluminum.
The frame — material and geometry — sets the standard for excellence in cycling.
Artisan craftsmanship, AI and cutting edge 3D innovation unite in a tailor-made stainless steel road bike.
